Mission Statement
Clear Waters Salon and Day Spa, the only full service day spa with medical affiliation in southeastern Wisconsin,
is located on beautiful Lake Geneva in downtown Williams Bay in the historic Bay Centre Building.
We invite you to indulge in one of our many luxurious spa experiences.
Whether you choose a hair or nail service, a replenishing facial or body treatment, or an invigorating massage, you will feel renewed and refreshed in the soothing haven we have created for you.
Your spa rejuvenation begins in our Serenity area for a complimentary foot soak while you await your treatment. Aroma therapy and the comfort of warm towels promote your relaxation ~ you may even decide to linger and enjoy a fresh salad after your spa treatment or in between services.

Spa Policy
In order to preserve the tranquil atmosphere clients look forward to, we ask that you leave your precious ones at home unless they are receiving a service. Additionally, we request that you turn your cell phone off so that all may enjoy their experience at Clear Waters Salon and Day Spa.
The Environment
The Bay Centre Building will celebrate its 100th birthday in 2006. This historic building provides our salon & spa beautiful wood floors, high tin ceilings, and large windows with expansive views of Geneva Lake. Our warm colors are soothing to the eye and spirit, offering a quiet haven for you to relax in. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea while you await your service in either our Solarium or Serenity room — come enjoy and relax!
Accomodations
The French Country Inn on the Lake is one of the Premier Inns in the Lake Geneva area. A beautiful restored small hotel in the tradition of a
European inn, it is located only 15 feet from the shore of the lake with gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets.

Appointment Information
Credit card information is required for the reservation of all spa services. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We recommend you book your appointments in advance as our books fill in daily. Spa parties should book appointments as far in advance as possible, as we are very busy with bridal, birthday and bachelorette celebrations.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice of a cancellation. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and late cancellations.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for both salon and spa services. Gift certificates are prepared and wrapped in a gift box with ribbon for a lovely gift presentation.
